Frequently Asked Questions
A:Yes, absolutely. We specialize in low-volume and on-demand production with no MOQ requirements. Whether you need a single prototype to validate your design or a small batch for pilot testing, we can accommodate your request. Many of our clients in Europe and North America start with just one or two parts before moving to larger production runs. There are no hidden setup fees or penalties for small quantities — you only pay for what you need.
A:Typically 3–5 days for custom CNC machined parts, depending on part complexity, material, and order quantity. Simple geometries in aluminum or brass can often ship within 3 days. More complex parts with tight tolerances or 5-axis machining may take 5–7 days. We ship to all EU countries (including Germany, France, UK, Italy, and Netherlands) as well as across the USA and Canada. Expedited options are available for urgent prototyping needs.
A:Yes. Our 5-axis CNC machining capabilities are ideal for complex components that would otherwise require multiple setups on a 3-axis machine. By optimizing part orientation in a single setup, we achieve higher accuracy, better surface finishes, and faster turnaround. Common 5-axis parts include aerospace turbine components, medical implants, complex automotive brackets, and defense industry parts. If your part has undercuts, angled features, or requires tight tolerances across multiple planes, 5-axis is often the right solution.
A:Yes. We follow an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system across all our manufacturing processes — from CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication to die casting and surface treatment. Our quality control procedures are documented and followed at every stage: incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final dimensional inspection using calibrated CMM, optical comparators, and precision gauges. You will receive a full inspection report with your order upon request.
A:Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Our engineering team reviews your CAD models or drawings before any material is cut. We look for potential issues such as unrealistic tolerances, difficult-to-machine features, non-standard tool access, or suboptimal material choices. We then provide clear, actionable feedback to help you reduce manufacturing costs, shorten lead times, and improve part reliability. This DFM review is included as part of our standard quoting process at no additional charge.
A:We regularly machine aluminum (6061, 7075, 5052), stainless steel (303, 304, 316, 17-4 PH), brass, copper, and various engineering metals. For aluminum extrusions and sheet metal, we also work with additional alloys depending on your application requirements — such as 6063 for extrusions or galvanized steel for fabrication. If you need a specific material not listed here, please contact us with your requirement and we will check availability. We do not currently offer plastic injection molding; our focus is precision metal manufacturing.
A:We ship to both. Many of our customers are individual engineers, startup founders, or researchers working on prototypes or small-batch projects. Others are procurement teams at large OEMs in automotive, aerospace, medical, and telecommunications industries. There is no minimum company size or purchase volume required. We treat every client with the same level of service, from a single prototype to full production runs.
