Material & Design Review

Engineering review of 2D/3D drawings to confirm material selection, critical tolerances, surface requirements, and overall manufacturability before production begins.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

A first sample is fully inspected to validate all critical dimensions, GD&T features, and functional requirements before releasing batch production.

In-Process Quality Control

Key dimensions and critical features are monitored during machining through scheduled checks to maintain processing stability and reduce production deviation.

Dimensional & Surface Inspection

CMM systems and precision calibrated tools are used to verify dimensional accuracy, geometric tolerances, and surface finish per engineering specifications.

Final Inspection & Documentation

All parts undergo 100% manual visual inspection and dimensional verification before shipment. Complete inspection reports and batch traceability documents are provided for every order.

Test Reports We Can Provide

ZH Precision provides standard inspection and test reports for CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, aluminum extrusion, and die casting. Documents include CMM dimensional inspection reports, First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, material certificates and composition analysis, hardness and surface finish records, RoHS/REACH compliance certificates, and batch traceability reports. All reports are issued per order and are suitable for inspection, audit, and quality documentation.
